What is UNCTEC?
UNCTEC is the United Nations Model organized by the PrepaTec of the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Cuernavaca, carried out since 1985.

It consists of a simulation of the work carried out by the United Nations. High schools and professional students meet with the aim of discussing the international problems that affect our world, in search of possible solutions .
To train young people who are aware of both themselves and the world around them, as well as foster a culture based on tolerance and leadership as tools to undertake new solutions. The development of skills such as: negotiation, research and empathy is promoted; to generate a peaceful, humanitarian and ecological international vision.
